One of my teammates is getting the following error when trying to move his player city to a subcity:
"The state of the subcity has been occupied by another alliance or this alliance's occupation has been taken over by an enemy. You cannot move the city there."
The member is on Server7 in Lower Egypt. Both player city and subcity are in Lower Egypt. The member has
recently joined our alliance which is based out of Attica.
