IPad /android issue

Play the game on my Facebook account on iPad.  Now I fry to set it up in my android phone . Won't connect.  Why???

I have a similar issue. Is is possible to play the same account from my ipad and android phone? Every time i connect It says create a new user and wont allow my to sign into my old account, even though im signed into facebook on both of them.

I have same issue here. I played with my iPhone and iPad, but when i tried to play on Android phone, it dosen't recall my old account information.
even i login to my facebook account. hope you guys fix this problum asap!!!

Any Luck getting support?  Same happened to me.  Started on my Android - binded to my Facebook Account.  Tried to move to my iPad using my Facebook account and it just started a new game.  So I ran with both. Built up both accounts. Now the iPad will NOT let me log in on my iPad.  All I get is "User Login Invalid". What is the most frustrating is the LACK of support options.  Cannot find anywhere to submit a trouble ticket. No Phone number to call. NOTHING!
