Same here, only the white screen with the logo's. restarted my phone and cleared cache from the app, but still no luck...

I got the same problem... but it s a black screen.. how can I solve this?
I don t want lost reload the apply because i am scared to lost my account and all my progression

To answer all of your questions. The blank screen was due to a problem with an update. If you can still not log in you will have to Reinstall the game. If you haven't bound your account you might have lost it. This is how to retrieve it.
Thanks to IC Felix

1. Create a new account on any Server (Use the same device, in which you created your old account)
2. Pass the tutorials and take at least 1 land
3. Tell the ic staff the following info through Customer Service - New Role Name and Server, Old Role Name and Server
4. All the 3 Rules are for the Players who want to get their original Account back. If you already changed to another Device, we need the screenshot of your recent purchase bill from your old account

I hope you guys will get back in the game soon!

As you suggested I removed the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it. Although I had it bound to my facebookaccount, all my settings/gameprogress was gone unfortunately.
How can I contact the ic-staff with my old-ic and new-ic accountinfo to get my gameprogress back?

Normally if you have it bound to your facebook account you can just log in via facebook. There is a button somewhere on the screen before you open your server. If that does not work you can contact the IC staff via facebook.
