Title: Keep getting failure to login after upgrading iPhone
After upgrading to a new iPhone I’m having trouble logging in through Facebook. I continue to get a “failed to login” pop up. Is there any way to fix this? I have my ID, model, version information if that helps. I’m losing my daily gems and the last few days before the merge on both of my accounts. Thank you.

I’ve since made a new account to get in touch with customer service. Upon waking up this morning my game was reset once again. I just want an answer.

I’ve had same issue for a few days now and support are not replying to my Facebook messages I also am losing gems daily !!!

I waited 3 days on a reply on fb message. I went and made a new account to contact customer support in game but they’re only causing me gray hairs. I’ve spent some $$ on this game. Im slowly losing interest in what was once a fun game
